About the position

The Client Training Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering product, operational services, and technical training to Broker Dealer and RIA employees. This high-profile position involves developing training materials and providing consultative services, ensuring outstanding customer service through innovation and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver web-based, telephone-based, video-based, and/or on-site training to Broker Dealers on products, services, and policies.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation as a subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with the Client Training Strategist and Client Training Consultant for onboarding clearing events, leading assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Lead individual assignments and update resourcing tools for capacity planning and client training status.
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate the Clearing and Custody organization and develop a network of contacts for targeted results.
  • Establish rapport with Clearing and Custody clients, demonstrating integrity and flexibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in financial services or brokerage company.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Series 7 required, must obtain Series 63 within 90 days.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, organization, accuracy, and detail orientation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
  • Superior knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policy and procedures; knowledge of FCCS products and services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
