About the position

As a Client Valuations Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and distribution of client valuation statements for the Global Banking and Global Markets clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze data, and generate accurate reports. The role is essential in ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate valuation statements, which are critical for their financial decision-making processes. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of valuation statements. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement valuation onboarding and delivery processes. Your ability to analyze large volumes of data using advanced Excel skills will be vital in creating informative reports and identifying trends that can help improve client services. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, contributing to process improvement initiatives and participating in team projects. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production and distribution of client valuation statements for Global Banking and Global Markets clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
