About the position

The Nonfinancial Reporting Assurance & Advisory Manager at EY will play a crucial role in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team, focusing on helping businesses and governments address societal, environmental, and economic challenges. This position involves developing nonfinancial disclosures, integrated reports, and corporate governance risk disclosures while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance sustainability performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Developing nonfinancial disclosures, integrated annual reports, and other communications.
• Establishing corporate governance risk disclosures.
• Collecting and collating nonfinancial data to support management reporting and external disclosures.
• Developing internal and external reporting strategies, including identifying KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Leading fieldwork, managing performance, and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
• US CPA licensure in the work state.
• A proven track record of assisting businesses in understanding key climate change and sustainability issues.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
• Sufficient technical background to provide leadership to development teams and evaluate complex project risks.
