About the position

The Climate Possible Campaign Program Manager at Mercy Corps will lead the management and enhancement of the Climate: Possible campaign, which is a key initiative under the organization's Climate Smart Commitment. This role is focused on raising $250 million from private donors to support climate resilience efforts for communities affected by the climate crisis. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the campaign's workplan, facilitating meetings, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members to achieve the campaign's goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the effective management of the Climate: Possible campaign.
• Oversee the campaign workplan and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Lead regular working group and leadership team meetings.
• Coordinate quarterly updates and reports on campaign progress.
• Engage with private donors to cultivate relationships and secure funding.

Requirements

• Valid unrestricted work authorization in the country of application.
• Experience in program management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
