Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of patient care operations and employee engagement.
  • Organize patient operations and procedures; control correspondence; design filing systems; review and approve supply requisitions; assign and monitor all staff functions.
  • Design and implement clinic policies by establishing standards and procedures; measure results against standards and make necessary adjustments.
  • Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Plan and implement clinic systems, layouts, and equipment procurement to maintain workplace efficiency.
  • Set and assign appropriate work schedules ensuring adequate staffing is consistently met.
  • Coach, retrain and/or performance manage team members aligned to performance expectations.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and summarizing information, identifying trends, and reporting issues in a timely fashion.
  • Escalate developing and/or emergency situations to the Director, Clinical Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Mia Aesthetics’ policy and procedures as related to internal controls.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's required.
  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Holds and maintains an active Registered Nurse License and educational requirements.
  • Holds and maintains an active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong business acumen with the know-how to drive operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminology.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with multiple applications and online platforms.
  • Physical dexterity and stamina; ability to actively participate throughout clinic environment.
  • 3+ Years’ experience in administrative leadership role with direct reports in a clinic setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • HIPPA and OSHA certifications preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
