About the position

These clinics bring vital services directly to people in need, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive our mobile operations forward. As the Clinic Administrator, you will lead our mission of delivering life-changing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). You'll be at the heart of the clinic's operations, working closely with the Medical Director to provide high-quality care while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Your leadership will ensure every member who walks through our doors receives the dignity, respect, and treatment they deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our mobile clinics, ensuring seamless service across Auburn, Tacoma, North Seattle and surrounding areas.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide top-tier Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to those in need.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and mobile-specific regulations.
  • Build relationships with local partners and be a visible representative of WeCare's mission.
  • Lead by example, supporting your team as they deliver life-saving care every day.
  • Implement and improve clinic policies and procedures for optimal operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Support team members with guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Manage compliance with HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and all relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Lead emergency management planning and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic administration
  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse teams across multiple mobile clinics
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, especially in mobile settings
  • A passion for community health and a deep commitment to making a tangible difference
