About the position
The Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) role at Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is designed to support the administrative functions of busy clinics, focusing on client relations and communication. The CAA will engage with families, manage documentation, and assist with marketing and admissions tasks, contributing to the mission of supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the clinics, including document management and communication with referral sources.
- Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
- Become a subject matter expert on autism to assist families in understanding available services.
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
- Embody and promote the core values of the organization as a cultural role model.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
