The Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) role at Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting families in the autism community. This position involves managing day-to-day administrative functions, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a liaison between prospective clients and the clinic. The CAA will also engage in marketing and admissions tasks while embodying the core values of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the clinic, including document management and communication with referral sources.
• Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to assist families in understanding the services offered.
• Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody the core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun, serving as a cultural role model for teammates.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
