About the position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a full-time ABA Clinic Director / De Novo Partner (Equity Option) for a start-up outpatient ABA clinic. The ideal candidate must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as there are treatment expectations for our Clinic Directors. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner with Ivy Rehab to start-up, run, and have equity in your very own clinic in your local community. The company is open to exploring locations closest to the candidate, emphasizing that the clinic does not exist yet, allowing for a collaborative selection of the perfect location. Ivy Rehab is a national provider with nearly 600 outpatient clinics, and they promote authenticity, inclusion, growth, and excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead the start-up and operation of a new ABA clinic.
- Partner with Ivy Rehab to select the clinic location.
- Recruit and build a team for the clinic.
- Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Participate in training and development programs provided by Ivy Rehab.
Requirements
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Graduate from an accredited BCBA program.
- Proof of current or pending state certification or licensure as a BCBA.
- Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes.
- Passion for leading and mentoring others.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
