Unlike a lot of outpatient orthopedic clinics, we encourage our clinicians to pursue specialties that they are passionate about such as Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson's Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, and Dry Needling (depending on state).
Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Create a specialization roadmap annually through Professional Education Planning (PEP).
- Participate in monthly Journal Club discussions on new research.
- Engage in leadership development courses to enhance leadership skills.
- Collaborate with external educational partners and participate in residency programs.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in specialized areas such as Pelvic Health, Oncology, or Sports.
- Interest in becoming a certified clinical instructor.
