About the position

The Clinic Director at ATI is responsible for leading a clinic in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. This role focuses on developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional patient outcomes while managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The Clinic Director will oversee clinic staff, ensure compliance with operational performance metrics, and foster relationships with patients and the community. This position emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based patient care and includes responsibilities for staff development and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinic in alignment with ATI's mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic and supervise clinic staff.
  • Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as directed by the District Director.
  • Responsible for clinic staffing levels and serve as a liaison between clinic staff and district leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
  • Build a team culture that aligns with ATI's mission.
  • Support the development of team members through feedback and performance discussions.
  • Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapy.
  • Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes.
  • Maintain continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical logs and checklists.
  • Manage scheduling for the clinic.

Requirements

  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of application.
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and clinical management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with proprietary EMR and Patient Management Tools.
  • Familiarity with clinical training and continuing education programs.
