Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall performance and management of the clinic
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience and high-quality care
- Inspire and empower others to practice at the top of their license
- Drive operational and financial excellence at the clinic level
- Deliver innovative, high-quality, evidence-based, personalized care
- Drive professional and development excellence of team members
- Join, develop, or lead one of our Specialty Interest Groups
- Complete the Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy Program and OCS prep course
- Receive assistance with student loans
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
- Must hold a current Physical Therapy license and/or registration or be able to obtain one
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience/training
