About the position

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for Urgent Care is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical staff within a medical clinic. This role acts as a liaison between the back office and other departments, mediating issues and ensuring effective communication among staff and physicians. The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Three years of experience in a clinic setting required.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
