About the position
Cortica is seeking a full-time Clinical ABA Director to oversee the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program at its Westchester, IL location. This role involves leading a team of clinical staff to provide effective treatment for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The director will ensure the program's success through clinical guidance, performance monitoring, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to ABA Associate Site Managers, ABA Supervisors, and ABA Assistant Supervisors.
- Offer clinical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure steady growth of the ABA program.
- Achieve budget growth targets month over month.
- Oversee clinical programs including early intervention programs and social skills groups.
- Liaise with the clinical operations team to support program launches and ongoing success.
- Interview and select candidates for the ABA program.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- 5+ years of management experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong acumen for ABA operations and overall ABA program management.
- Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certification.
- Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).
