About the position

The Clinical Admin Coordinator role is a contract-to-hire position focused on providing administrative support within a clinical setting. The coordinator will be responsible for managing member intake, triaging requests, and facilitating communication between members and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for initial triage of members and administrative intake.
  • Manage admission and discharge information for members.
  • Handle incoming calls and requests for services from providers and members.
  • Provide information on available network services and transfer members to clinical staff as appropriate.
  • Manage the referrals process, including processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Medical office experience is a plus.
  • Experience with EMR systems.
