About the position

The Clinical Agile Project Manager role at Genesis10 involves standardizing project, program, and product delivery by blending Agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies. This position focuses on maximizing the delivery potential of project teams while ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals. The role is designed for experienced project managers who will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance value delivery within client programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Use requirements engineering, business process design, and functional analysis techniques to develop and streamline a flow of value for prioritized implementation within clients' programs and projects.
• Work directly with users to gather requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.

Requirements

• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.
• Experience in Agile project management and familiarity with traditional and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering, business process design, and functional analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with governance and management office establishment.
