About the position

The Clinical Analyst will support the alignment of MyHealth Access Network's products with clinical expectations and workflows. This role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting clinical data, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. The position is crucial for improving patient care through effective data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and integrate data from disparate sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency through regular data quality checks.
  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends and insights to inform product design.
  • Generate and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to clinical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA, and support audits by providing accurate data.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge to support client services and provide training on data management tools.
  • Stay updated with developments in healthcare data analytics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, statistics, public health, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and coding systems, such as ICD-10 and CPT.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques in healthcare.
  • Experience with clinical and claims data quality measurement.
  • Experience in clinical process improvement.
