About the position

The Clinical Analytics Data Engineer position is a full-time role based in Addison, TX, aimed at enhancing and building ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for a healthcare services company. The ideal candidate is a Junior-Level Data Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, particularly in constructing efficient data pipelines that handle both structured and unstructured healthcare data. This role is pivotal in supporting a data science team focused on predictive analytics and prescriptive modeling, which are essential for deriving insights from clinical data. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing data for analysis, ensuring data quality, and documenting technical processes. You will also engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and communicate technical concepts effectively. The first 90 days of employment will require you to work onsite, after which a hybrid model will be adopted, with three days a week in the office.
