The Clinical Application and Training Analyst supports end-users with Erie's Electronic Health Record, Epic and related applications in ambulatory care, safety net setting. In this role, the Analyst assists EHRS Leadership with all facets of the maintenance and optimization of Epic and core modules including Wisdom, Healthy Planet, Patient Portal, and other associated technologies. The Analyst is the on-site application expert, end user training and support person, and technical support for testing and for maintaining member-managed components of the software.
