About the position
The Clinical Application Specialist will support Philips patient monitoring solutions in the Carinthia and Styria regions, providing training and support to users. This role involves overseeing clinical trials of patient monitors in hospitals, particularly in intensive care units, IMC units, anesthesia, and neonatology, while representing Philips at trade shows and events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trials of patient monitors in hospitals, especially in intensive care units, IMC units, anesthesia, and neonatology.
- Conduct professional user training in accordance with medical device regulations before and after sales.
- Represent Philips at trade shows, congresses, and sales events to showcase innovative solutions for acute care settings.
- Coordinate clinical trials and training in close collaboration with the sales team and users.
- Carefully maintain and support trial devices.
- Collaborate and share experiences with other Clinical Application Specialists and sales personnel.
Requirements
- Successful completion as a diploma nurse with a focus on intensive care/anesthesia or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in high-acuity care within a hospital setting.
- Ideally, knowledge of Philips monitoring products and the regional healthcare market.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, primarily in the Carinthia/Styria region.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
