About the position

In this role, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects for which you will serve as the clinical leader. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the clinical consultants assigned to each project in your portfolio, ensuring successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions and addressing customer inquiries or issues related to specific clinical domains or applications. You will lead team members in managing project deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and on time. You will participate in the development of new solutions, whether they are services or product functionalities, and ensure that Philips solutions are adopted successfully in clinical settings. As a consultative partner, you will guide customers throughout the solution delivery and implementation process, facilitating a smooth and effective transition. This includes analyzing the customer's existing workflow, managing change within the clinical or operational environment, and establishing a comprehensive training plan to ensure a seamless transition of the solution to the customer. Your role will also involve configuring or managing the configuration of Philips solutions to align with the operational workflow in the customer's environment. You will guide customers in system testing, clinical integration, and the introduction of new functionalities of Philips solutions. Additionally, you will coach and educate customers on navigating complex situations involving multiple solutions, sharing clinical best practices across the organization to foster a culture of learning and collaboration. You will lead and assist with the day-to-day activities of the project team and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating closely with Product Management to define future product enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team members in managing project deliverables, ensuring completion.
  • Participate in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality).
  • Ensure successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions.
  • Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery and implementation.
  • Analyze the customer's existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment.
  • Ensure adequate testing of the system and establish a comprehensive training plan for smooth transition.
  • Configure or manage the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow.
  • Guide the customer in system testing, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
  • Coach and educate customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
  • Share clinical best practices across the organization to create an environment of learning and sharing.
  • Lead and assist day-to-day activities with the project team.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with Product Management to define future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology or equivalent combination of related experience and education, preferably in radiology or cardiology informatics.
  • 5+ years of experience as an RDCS credentialed Sonographer or equivalent registry.
  • 2+ years of experience as an applications specialist supporting customer-facing demos and onsite training.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
  • Ability to effectively structure problems and design solutions that the customer advocates.
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate project resources and tasks to create leverage for team members.
  • Ability to communicate simply and persuasively to different customer audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and work collaboratively with other functions.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, DICOM, and HL7 as it applies to the clinical domain.
