Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field, or 18 credit hours in hospitality with a master's degree in another area.
  • Valid Food Protection Manager Certification.
  • Attain Instructor/Proctor status with Servsafe within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively use teaching strategies and technologies for in-person and/or online learning.
