About the position

The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry is seeking a Full-time Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor in the Department of Restorative Sciences, Division of Operative Dentistry. This role focuses on teaching didactic and pre-clinical courses, developing course materials, and supervising pre-doctoral students in clinic settings. Faculty are also encouraged to engage in research and participate in university committees and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • Teach didactic and pre-clinical courses in Operative Dentistry.
  • Develop and organize course materials, schedules, handouts, syllabi, and teaching aids.
  • Supervise pre-doctoral students in clinic relating to Operative Dentistry.
  • Participate in intramural faculty practice and research activities.
  • Engage in university committees and continuing education outreach.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Division Head.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from a CODA accredited dental school or foreign equivalent.
  • Completion of Part I and Part II of National Dental Board Examinations.
  • Master's degree or Certificate in Prosthodontics from a CODA accredited dental school (preferred).
