About the position

The Clinical Associate acts as a liaison between the medical community and the business, ensuring effective communication and support for healthcare professionals and sales staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff regarding EP products.
  • Identify and implement effective business practices to execute processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work while monitoring performance and reporting status to management.
  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all EP products and related technical knowledge, trends, and competitors.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs on EP products for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide insight and feedback to management on market trends and next-generation product components.
  • Cover regional EP procedural cases and provide backup support to EP Sales Representatives in various areas including sales support and clinical studies.
  • Assist in advanced educational seminars and preparation of educational materials for training.
  • Stay current on developments in the field, regulatory requirements, and company and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Verification of vendor credentialing requirements, including potential COVID-19 vaccination.
