About the position
The Clinical Care Technician (CCT) position at Community Medical Center is a full-time role focused on providing direct patient care in the Post Coronary Care Unit. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Provide nursing care including phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through practice and judgment.
- Communicate ongoing patient status with nursing colleagues.
- Participate in the collaboration of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
Nice-to-haves
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Certified nursing assistant preferred.
