About The Position

The Clinical Concierge position at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care is designed for Medical Assistants or Licensed Vocational Nurses who are dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care. This role involves guiding patients through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic, assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks, and floating across multiple locations to ensure seamless patient care. The position requires a commitment to customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or completion of a Vocational Nurse program required.
• 6 months of previous healthcare facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care experience, or completion of an internal THR MA externship training program in lieu of experience required.
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care upon hire.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program required or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service as the clinical concierge, guiding patients and visitors through their experience in the Urgent Care Clinic.
• Assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties, while working closely with providers and other clinical team members.
• Float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations as needed.
