About the position
Saint Francis University invites applications for the full time 12-month position of Clinical Coordinator, Site Maintenance & Recruitment in the Physician Assistant Sciences Department. The Clinical Coordinator, Site Maintenance & Recruitment will be responsible to the Chair for oversight of the Physician Assistant clinical year curriculum, ensuring alignment with ARC-PA accreditation standards through oversight of student rotations, assessment, data collection and analysis, ensuring the clinical curriculum and experience prepares students to successfully pass certification. The Clinical Coordinator, Site Maintenance & Recruitment is responsible for recruitment, maintenance, and site reporting for student clinical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Physician Assistant clinical year curriculum.
- Ensure alignment with ARC-PA accreditation standards.
- Oversee student rotations, assessment, data collection, and analysis.
- Prepare students to successfully pass certification.
- Responsible for recruitment, maintenance, and site reporting for student clinical experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- At least five years of experience in communications, marketing, or sales.
- Experience in data tracking and analysis, outcomes assessment, and reporting is helpful.
