About the position

The Clinical Data Analyst at NeuroFlow plays a crucial role in supporting various teams by providing data analysis, actionable visualizations, and statistical modeling. This position is integral to driving growth and promoting a data-driven culture within the organization, focusing on improving user engagement and operational success in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional analysis to support the customer success team in reducing churn and increasing user engagement.
• Build and maintain data models and dashboards to address stakeholder needs and streamline analyses.
• Model and analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Gather requirements, identify data sources, and participate in data architecture decisions.
• Perform statistical analysis and assist in scientific research efforts to improve products and drive growth.
• Advocate for a culture of process, governance, and data quality across the company.
• Balance the need for speed with attention to detail, holding work to high standards.
• Own projects from strategy to execution with independence and resourcefulness.
• Present work and advocate for viewpoints to team members.
• Keep users at the heart of all activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a data analyst, preferably at a Series B or C healthcare company.
• 2+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and Python code for data analysis (pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib, etc.).
• 3+ years working directly with clinical data.
• Experience in data modeling, ELT development, and data warehousing.
• Experience creating visually appealing dashboards to tell insightful stories with data.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Snowflake.
• Knowledge of DBT.
• Experience with Metabase, Looker, Mode, or similar tools.
