About the position
The Clinical Dietitian for Weight Management at ProHealth Care is responsible for providing exceptional patient care focused on nutrition and weight management. This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, primarily located at the Westwood Health and Fitness center, with a variable schedule. Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients.
- Educate patients on weight management strategies and healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust diet plans as necessary.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthy living.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- Experience in clinical dietetics, particularly in weight management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
