About the position

The Clinical Director (BCBA) at Lighthouse Autism Center is responsible for overseeing the operational needs of the facility, ensuring client progress, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers. This role emphasizes professional development and growth, focusing on effective service delivery and a positive working environment without managing a direct caseload of learners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general building needs and client progress.
• Coordinate outside visitations and assessments.
• Supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers.
• Ensure effective service delivery and a positive working environment.
• Provide ongoing training for supervised staff.

Requirements

• Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• 2 to 3 years of management/supervision experience.
• Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills.
