About the position

The Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Apollo Behavior is responsible for overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services at a center in LaGrange, GA. This role involves leading a team of BCBAs, ensuring the implementation of effective treatment plans, and collaborating with families to support client progress. Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of ABA services and operations at a single location.
• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and the Stockbridge Operations Manager.
• Ensure treatment plans align with best practice standards and meet individual client needs.
• Conduct tours with prospective client families.
• Coach BCBAs on addressing specific learning objectives and effective leadership.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to sustain client progress long-term.
• Implement innovative ABA methods with mentorship from the Clinical Excellence team.

Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BCBA, with some experience in-center.
• Strong competency in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Exceptional clinical, leadership, and operational skills.
• Experience leading and managing direct care clinical team members.
