The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for negotiating and arranging clinical experiences, which involves collaborating with various clinical agencies to secure appropriate sites for student learning. This role also includes providing oversight of the clinical experience, ensuring that standardized clinical learning activities are effectively integrated into the curriculum, and that student evaluations are conducted appropriately. In addition to coordinating clinical experiences, the Clinical Education Manager assists faculty and staff in preparing for these experiences, which includes managing required clinical compliance documentation and facilitating facility-specific orientation requirements. The manager may also serve as a faculty substitute when necessary, ensuring that clinical experiences are conducted smoothly and effectively.
