The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, monitoring, executing, and controlling project schedules, costs, and performance risks. This role is crucial in ensuring positive outcomes for the Clinical Enterprise's program development and requires a deep understanding of each project's operations and business plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
- Plan, monitor, execute, and control project schedules and costs.
- Identify and manage performance risks to ensure positive project outcomes.
- Develop a deep knowledge of each project's operations and business plans.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Team leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio, is highly desirable.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
