• Team leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
