The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager position at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of assigned projects within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on ensuring positive outcomes by applying professional project management principles, practices, and techniques. The PM will oversee program development, project planning, monitoring, execution, and control, while establishing a deep understanding of each project's operations and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage project schedules, costs, and performance risks.
• Oversee the planning, monitoring, executing, and controlling of assigned projects.
• Develop a deep knowledge of each project and program operations.
• Ensure positive outcomes for all assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Team leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Business Process Management Certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
