About the position

The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of assigned projects within the Clinical Enterprise. This role focuses on ensuring positive outcomes by applying professional project management principles, practices, and techniques. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, monitoring, execution, and control of projects, while also developing a deep understanding of program operations and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage project schedules, costs, and performance risks.
• Ensure positive outcomes for all assigned projects.
• Plan, monitor, execute, and control all aspects of projects.
• Develop a deep knowledge of each project and program operations.
• Manage day-to-day work of program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional certification required.
• Business Process Management certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Team leadership skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees required.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management or Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Project and Visio is highly desirable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
