The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, monitoring, executing, and controlling project schedules, costs, and performance risks. Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage all aspects of assigned projects.

• Develop a deep knowledge of each project and program operation.
• Oversee day-to-day work of program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional certification required.
• Business Process Management certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Team leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management certification preferred but not required.
• Project Management Professional certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio, is highly desirable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
