About the position

The Clinical Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of assigned projects within the Clinical Enterprise. This role focuses on ensuring positive outcomes by applying professional project management principles, practices, and techniques. The position involves planning, monitoring, executing, and controlling project schedules, costs, and performance risks, while also developing a deep understanding of program operations and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure positive outcomes.
• Plan, monitor, execute, and control project activities.
• Develop a deep knowledge of each project and program operations.
• Oversee day-to-day work of program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Team leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management or Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio.
