About the position

TheraCare is seeking dynamic Clinical Fellows (CF/SLP) who are looking to jumpstart their careers with a comprehensive and rewarding experience. This position allows Clinical Fellows to gain valuable skills while working under the supervision of an ASHA-certified and state-licensed Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves providing services for children from birth to 3 years old with communication delays in various settings. Upon completion of the fellowship, individuals will receive their ASHA CCCs and New York State License.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to children with communication delays.
• Work under the supervision of an ASHA-certified and state-licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Participate in family-centered best practices and embedded coaching.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments and clinical writing.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and networking with colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or expected graduation and Clinical Fellow Year eligibility in NYS.
