About the position

Symphony Maple Crest and Symphony Northwoods are growing their team and are hiring for a Regional Clinical/ Hospital Liaison. This position acts as the liaison between the hospitals and the two centers by conducting hospital on-sites for clinical review and to support quality transitions of care. The role involves meeting with hospitalized patients and families at the bedside to answer questions and working closely with the Admissions Coordinator and the centers on patient clinical and equipment needs/updates, ensuring the facility is prepared for the admission. If the Admissions Coordinator is out of the office, the liaison will call prospective families to welcome them, offer a tour, and help them understand how the transition to our care setting works. Additionally, the liaison will create and implement marketing events with the center team to encourage referral sources and the community to visit the centers, positioning them as 'the place to be'. The role is also responsible for producing growth in total referrals and admissions for both centers, including hospital account integration, supporting customer service and first impressions initiatives, and enhancing the online presence through positive social media postings and Google reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing events with the center team to encourage referral sources and the community to visit the centers positioning them as 'the place to be'.
  • Responsible for producing growth in total referrals and admissions for both centers including hospital account integration.

  • Support positive social media postings, Google reviews, and overall on-line presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years marketing and/or liaison experience in Senior Living, SNF and LTC.
  • Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with health care professionals.
  • Seeking a self-directed professional with initiative who requires minimal supervision.
  • Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
