About the position

The Clinical IT Support Specialist - PRN at INTEGRIS Health plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and adoption of clinical applications and technologies within the organization. This position is part of the IT Clinical Inpatient team, focusing on providing exceptional support to caregivers and the community. The role requires adaptability and flexibility in completing various assignments, contributing to the overall mission of promoting healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of clinical applications and technologies.
• Assist in the adoption of clinical applications across the enterprise.
• Bridge and support all clinical application teams as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and stakeholders regarding technical information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical software applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of healthcare or IT experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated computer literacy and general knowledge of IT solutions.
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
• Experience in training or teaching others.
• Strong project leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
• Experience using or supporting the Epic EHR application.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
