About the position

The Clinical Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for leading training sessions for newly hired team members in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on creating a positive first impression during the new hire training process and ensuring that team members are well-prepared for their roles. The specialist will facilitate both in-person and virtual training, manage event logistics, and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate initial and ongoing team member training.
  • Organize and schedule event logistics for training sessions.
  • Design and prepare materials for in-person and virtual training classes.
  • Coordinate physician and health care services for individuals served.
  • Conduct health care assessments and write health care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Develop effective training materials utilizing various media.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develop and maintain an organizational training calendar.
  • Conduct follow-up studies to evaluate and measure training results.
  • Collaborate with the Team Member Resources (TMR) team to address learning services needs.
  • Research training best practices and stay current with new techniques.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Oklahoma.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Experience in a training role with hands-on instructor experience preferred.
  • CPR Instructor certification preferred (will be provided upon hire).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience operating in a training role with hands-on instructor experience.
  • CPR Instructor certification.

Benefits
