The Clinical Manager Counselor for MAT at Lakeview Center, Inc. is responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services in the field of Human Services. This role requires advanced knowledge and independent judgment to mentor and consult with staff while ensuring compliance with laws and organizational standards. The position involves direct care provision, including assessment, treatment planning, and management of client risk and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered therapeutic services including assessment and treatment planning.
• Mentor and consult with Master's and Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards in service provision.
• Manage client risk and safety effectively.
• Travel locally to clients' homes and training locations as necessary.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• At least two years of experience working with adults with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health and substance abuse services.
