About the position

The Clinical Manager Counselor for the MAT program at Lakeview Center is responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to individuals dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues. This role requires advanced knowledge in human services, along with the ability to mentor and consult with other staff members. The position involves direct care responsibilities, including assessment, treatment planning, and management of client safety and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, integrated mental health and substance abuse services to clients and their families.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services and manage client risk and safety.
• Mentor and consult with Master's and Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• At least two years of experience working with adults with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Ability to travel locally to clients' homes and other necessary locations.
• Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.
