About The Position
The Clinical Manager position at RAINN's Victim Services department is responsible for overseeing the quality of service provided by hotline staff, both paid and volunteer. This role focuses on enhancing service delivery, supporting staff wellness, and ensuring compliance with crisis intervention values. The Clinical Manager will lead a team, develop strategies to prevent staff burnout, and provide clinical oversight to ensure effective support for survivors of sexual violence.
