About the position

The Clinical Marketing Manager at Abbott is responsible for leading the commercialization efforts for assigned Electrophysiology products. This role involves guiding product development, collaborating with global sales and marketing teams, and executing commercial strategies. The manager will also analyze the competitive landscape, define product positioning, and support market development activities to enhance product awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analysis around the competitive environment and define product positioning, strategies, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues on integrated marketing business plan deliverables.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to shape customer requirements for related products.
  • Engage with third-party EP companies to explore potential partnerships.
  • Support the development of launch materials and product literature with marketing communications.
  • Create infrastructure for assessing innovative EP software for strategic partnerships.
  • Present product and marketing plans to internal management.
  • Establish best practices and tools to raise awareness of assigned products.
  • Build relationships with global teams for successful product launches and sales enablement tools.
  • Collect and share market research data with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products.
  • Experience in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience preferred.
