About The Position
The Clinical Mentor at Saluda Pointe - Urgent Care is responsible for coordinating the orientation, training, and competency validation of nursing staff. This role provides leadership, support, and guidance to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care. The Clinical Mentor collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote and restore patients' health, offering both physical and psychological support. The position requires adherence to nursing standards and practices as outlined by the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
