In this position, the Clinical Operations Coordinator will determine staffing needs, prepare work schedules, and make necessary adjustments to accommodate workload fluctuations and personnel shortages. The role also involves assisting with personnel management tasks such as hiring, evaluating job performance, and providing necessary training and orientation for new staff members. The coordinator will monitor clinic expenses and assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all financial aspects of the clinic are managed effectively. Additionally, the coordinator will ensure compliance with OSHA and Infection Control standards, maintain the appearance of the clinic, and manage medical supplies, including ordering and stock level monitoring.
