About the position

The Clinical Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple health centers in the Central Florida region. This role requires a hands-on leader with a clinical background to mentor and guide a team, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective client solutions. The director will serve as the primary liaison for clients and vendors, manage staff optimization, and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and vendors.
  • Engage in face-to-face client meetings and with clinical staff to review Key Performance Indicators.
  • Assess operational progress and seek client feedback.
  • Manage staff optimization to positively impact quality of care and overall patient experience.
  • Coordinate and manage various client requests and events such as physicals, flu shots, VHPs, etc.
  • Interact with Human Resources and Recruitment through the hiring, onboarding, and retention of new staff.
  • Oversee the development and engagement of training initiatives, performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Nurture an environment of collaboration, professionalism, quality of care and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and enforce clinical policies and procedures to ensure patient and employee safety.
  • Participate in the development of strategic goals and objectives to align with company policies.
  • Maintain responsibility for the control of planning, budgeting and staffing assigned health centers.
  • Comply with budgets and manage schedules to adhere with company requirements.
  • Propose ideas and methods in anticipation of new business needs.
  • Monitor and safeguard compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare management experience.
  • Clear/active LPN or RN license with the Florida Board of Nursing.
  • Strong preference for multi-site management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Full-time position with competitive salary range of $84.7K - $107K per year.
