About the position

The Clinical Operations Manager at SpringWorks is responsible for optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency within the clinical team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance the clinical offerings and eliminate operational pain points. The manager will oversee day-to-day initiatives, maintain operational reporting, and support the clinical program roadmap, ensuring that the team meets its goals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain operational reporting to identify trends at various levels.
  • Provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive the evolution of Zendesk, TalkDesk, and Salesforce architecture for efficient documentation systems.
  • Execute basic updates to ZenDesk, TalkDesk, and Salesforce fields/flows as needed.
  • Own the creation of regular billing reports.
  • Provide overarching operational support for the SpringWorks clinical team.
  • Support the tracking and success of the SpringWorks Clinical Program Roadmap.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated skills in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data with Google Suite.
  • Proactive approach to project management.
  • Experience successfully evolving tooling infrastructure in a scalable way.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Zendesk, TalkDesk, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, complex, and dynamic environments.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
